What, if anything, could get Tom Monaghan out of his dire situation? After years of working to get a commitment from a national real estate investor, putting in countless 70-80 hour weeks and sacrificing precious family time, things were on the verge of collapse for this real estate broker. The contract he had with his client demanded that he double his productivity, yet he knew he couldn’t deliver. Tom was, quite simply, “maxed out.”

Most importantly, he gets to spend lots of time with his 9 year-old son, Nathan. Who Made Such a Difference In His Life?
