How To Use Key Flicks On an iPad in iOS 11
Altos When using the iPad on-screen keyboard, typing numbers and symbols can be a pain.
Why? Because, unlike a physical keyboard, you need to tap into additional keyboard layers to access those items.
Apple has addressed this unconventional way of typing with a new feature in iOS 11 called — Key Flicks.
The main, or alpha layer, on-screen keyboard in iOS 11 now displays numbers and symbols just above each letter key. With a quick ‘flick’ you can now type numbers and letters without going into a separate keyboard layer.
It is great to see this time-saving functionality included in iOS 11.
